Sow recruiting process
BEPC’s sourcing efforts focus on research, and record maintenance of candidates sourced and captured via our database. This in turn creates a large and substantial database of professionals, which offers us a faster candidate approach in meeting our clients’ needs. Our SOW recruiting process is streamlined and efficient in finding the professional talent required per client specifications. We tailor to each clients’ specifications and deliverables per SOW requisition.

vetting candidates

Recruiters are tasked with client specs, requirements, and deadlines

Candidates sourced and selected are vetted by phone and/or in person by each recruiter, then transferred for additional vetting done by account manager

Vetted candidates are prepped for interview stage, next step process

onboarding

Process time for onboarding talent is 4-10 business days

Human Resources places onboarding requirements through rigorous processing of work background, educational, criminal background

BEPC's Account Managers maintain continuous contact with client POC and serves as the onbording process communication channel

Client is contacted of finalized process to discuss the commencement of candidate selection for start date and/or other client requirements
